My first gig!

Last Saturday was Play for Change Day (around the world people play music and the money from the tickets goes to buy instruments for poor kids around the world that have talent but can't afford to buy instruments or have music teachers).

The OJ Band a.k.a. Orange Juice Band (me on keyboard and my best friend Owen on the electric guitar) went to Red Room for a Stage Time and Juice gig for kids.

The OJ Band played  不能說的秘密 by 周杰倫  & Whistle by Flo Rida. I also played two pieces on sax Take the A Train by Duke Ellington & The Girl from Ipanema by Antônio Carlos Jobim.

A cooking scientist from Mars

I had a crazy day yesterday.
I had to get up very early to get to my science class at the other side of the city. It's a small science class for just a few homeschoolers. We always make some cool stuff there. Yesterday we learned about missiles and made one that could fly!

Doing something with wires
The plane that teacher made.

Making the missile launchpad.

Our teacher can make really cool drawings!

After science we made spaghetti for lunch.
Cutting onions and crying.
Boiling water.
How many boys do you need
to open a jar of sauce? ;-)
Look at all the mess we made!
Let's dig in!
Yummy!

That's not all!
After lunch I had another class - computer class. We were using Scratch to make a simple game.
You can see it and play! it HERE.

My Mom picked me up after the classes and we drove to pick up Zosia (she had a modelling job).Later she drove me for my audition for a commercial. Dad and Perry joined us at the audition and we had dinner together.

That's not the end of the day yet! Now it's the time for MUSIC!

BRUNO MARS CONCERT!!!!!!!

Yeah!!!!!

This was the first live pop music concert that I went to.
It was really cool!
I had a great time!
